Sometimes you just have to look back if you wanna go forward.
Following an ego-boosting piece of info from longtime good friend Fel last night, that my blog is so interesting that even people whom i dont know are reading it, i decided to re-read several of my archived entries so see why in the world anyone would find it so interesting.
(Sidenote to Fel: Thank you for reliving with me the life of how things used to be. Havent had such a good conversation with anyone for months now. -smiles-)
I cant describe the pleasure of re-reading my entries. I think thats the reason why people keep diaries. Reading about my frustrations, my stress, the disappointment of getting lousy results, the joys of a day out with a good friend, the cameraderie of council fellowship..and so much more. It seems a world away.. even tho it was only last year. I do believe my jc days have been the most fulfilling, and my happiest as well. -sigh-
I feel a little stronger now, a little more encouraged. I am reminded that life CAN be worth living for, that it is possible to wake up everyday and look forward to the day ahead. I've felt it before, way back in SAJC days, so i know its possible. I just hope i can do something to make life now and in the future as happy as i had been.
