Yes ineedy-do. How does one write consistently yummy, controversial, hinting-at-what-one-is-supposed-to-express but without explicitly expressing it entries?
I need to learn. (now THAT would be a useful course for Discovery Fiesta, not some rubbishy poem recital or something)
A read through a few blogs from other colleges reveals lovely nuggets of eloquent, beautiful flow of sentences in their entries, with imageries of "hypothesis testing" and concise yet vivid descriptions of the experience of "pleasantness". I want to blog like that. Really, i do. Somehow the old self-centred method of
"oh today was a good day i made someone fall in love with me"
doesnt seem to have the same effect as
"i want you, (the tiger stalks his prey)
and you want me (tantalising..)
but when the chase is all over (and blood splatters the jungle floor)
will it complete me? (the hunger never stops)
or do i want wanting (but i dont want it to stop)
more than you? (what's the point really?)
Oh, screw it. (pounce!)"
I just happened to think of that after reading a friend's blog (who wrote about the same subject). Why cant i ever be original?
(screw it, prelims are in freaking 14 days time. why am i bothered by this?) How how how how how how how how to do well???? *ROAR*
