my oh my.. its a wonderful day. Im mentioned on TWO blogs! (hooray)
Yes im that pathetic and sadly attention-seeking. But dont you think its such a nice feeling to read about yourself in another blog? Its one of the best feelings in the world.
Anyway, was supposed to post this last night but was way too tired.
Went out with sacchrine-sweet, yet hopelessly broke shopping addict debbie yesterday after finding out she was in town while LTC comm was having a meeting.
(just a side comment.. ltc meeting was at Out of the Pan next to the fountain at raffles city. Fabously expensive yet giving you a sense of sophisticated simplicity.. figure that one out yourself)
Anyway, li'll (and i mean li'll) ol deb has been my oldest and dearest friend (but, as she mentioned, "totally platonic all you noseyparkers") and probably the best company in the world. She has a huge ego despite her size, almost as big as mine, so mentioning her now wont make much of a difference, will it? heh. Its amazing how two people can be friends for so long and still have the same good ol fun after 6 years or so. I used to have this fear in primary school that you shouldnt talk to your friends too much because you'd probably run out of things to say after a few years. Well, its not the case with deb. :)
Anyway, after a heart stopping experience at kino, where we narrowly escaped the embarrassment of having not enough money to buy a book, (yes yes of course she was saved by the gallant knight, no?), it was the same good ol fun trading council experiences, how to improve your blog advice, so how's your love life updates and all the rubbish under the sun, what was supposed to be a short dinner and a rushed trip back home to change and go for a zouk party, turned out to be a lovely relaxed evening with great company.
